2025 ANOH Conference

Mentor-Mentee Program

1. Overview

The Mentor-Mentee Program is designed to foster collaboration, professional growth, and knowledge-sharing between distinguished experts (mentors) and mentees (international students). The program is centered around the six concurrent sessions, with each mentor assigned to guide mentees in preparing impactful session summary reports and actionable recommendations.

The goals are:

  • Enhance Learning: Provide mentees with hands-on experience in professional collaboration, report writing, and thematic discussions.
  • Foster Connections: Build meaningful mentor-mentee relationships, connecting students with global leaders in occupational hygiene.
  • Document Outcomes: Ensure detailed and actionable records of the concurrent sessions to share insights with the broader occupational hygiene community.

2. Key Components

2.1 Pre-Conference Dialogues

Facilitated discussions between session chairs (mentor), session speakers, and mentees ahead of the conference.

Purpose: To align expectations, clarify session objectives, and ensure well-prepared, meaningful contributions during the concurrent sessions.

Purpose: To provide a comprehensive record of each session while offering mentees invaluable professional development and learning opportunities.
